The new and developed form of safe and effective step training, as we combined the traditional building method in the medium-intensity session with high-intensity interval training on a safe low step for training that strengthens the muscles of the legs and increases cardiorespiratory fitness in an atmosphere full of challenge and enthusiasm. StepIzone is characterized by effective training patterns for all age groups, and exercises can be given in the manner of easy options for the elderly, pregnant women, or those under rehabilitation.
